John Nowacki is the founder and lead consultant for CreatEd Solutions Christian Consulting, an organization focused on transforming ministries and Kingdom
businesses by Holy-Spirit directed and empowered consulting services. After more than 43 years of leadership experience, John has become quite skilled at
molding groups of individuals into cohesive organizations that are successful because of their focus, training and motivation. He has led a variety of small and
large organizations in the U.S. military and civilian sectors, leading national-level efforts at the Pentagon and serving as a vice-president for a Fortune 500
corporation. More importantly, in the 30 years he has served the Lord Jesus Christ, he has learned how the Lord wants His people "developed," and what He
wants the "organizations" that are part of His Kingdom focused on, trained to do, and motivated by.
John ministers extensively in the area of discipleship training. His major focus is on developing individuals into disciple makers through a combination of
modeling, teaching, coaching and encouraging. In the growth continuum of Seeker, New Believer, Growing Disciple and Disciple Maker, John greatly enjoys
helping individuals transition from New Believer to Growing Disciple and from Growing Disciple to Disciple Maker.
John is a certified Transformational Coach. In this capacity, John serves as a resource for individuals to use in identifying, addressing and resolving issues
relating to Christian growth, ministry or life in general. John is also certified as a coach trainer. He provides individuals with the training necessary for certification
as professional coaches, and he establishes coaching cadres within organizations that wish to integrate the coaching paradigm into their operations.
John is a Bible teacher who incorporates the Word of God into all aspects of ministry and consulting. He teaches from the entire Bible, and makes extensive use of
the Book of Matthew and the life and teachings of Paul as source material for Christian leadership, discipleship and Christian growth.
John has a heart for the unwanted and the overlooked. He believes wholeheartedly that God uses the unexpected individual to accomplish His purposes, and that
the person everyone thinks will do nothing of significance may very well be the one who is a key participant in His plan for here and now. This belief is a primary
motivation in his seeking out individuals and groups to develop in their Christian walk.
John gratefully acknowledges his dependence on the Holy Spirit for guidance and empowering in all aspects of his life. He ministers physical and emotional
healing as part of Wilkes Healing Rooms, and he has traveled internationally to minister healing. John also ministers prophetically as the Lord leads.
John holds a Master of Science degree in Management from National-Louis University, Master of Science and Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering from the
Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is currently finishing the Master of
Divinity Program at Rockbridge Seminary. An ordained minister, John ministers jointly with his wife of 41 years and has two adult children.

We all want our work to bear fruit – to mean something! We know that “a person diligent in their work will stand before kings”; God wants to
bless our work and make it an example to the world! All the fathers of our faith, Joseph, Moses, David, Daniel and even Jesus had serious
moments of formation when their lives didn’t look too “blessed” by God. We are to encourage each other and lift one another so we can allow
His Love to bear fruit in our work. This can be a long and tough road, we can feel judged and insecure, allowing uncertainty and fear to rob us
of our “inheritance in Christ”.

Rediscovering his Christian faith 15 years ago, and partially paralyzed from an incident 7 years ago, Louis brings the reality of faith as essential to a meaningful life.
He shares his journey with a personal and involved God through stories and events that seem surreal without Him. Nicole, his wife of 14 years, and their 5 children
keep him anchored to the reality of life’s trials and triumphs. His work with people is about results, not judgment. “I work with those that are serious about ‘running
